The Maple Leaf Story
When Raymand Tam arrived in Vancouver three decades ago, it was to live the Canadian dream and pursue his passion for baking. After attending culinary classes and apprenticing in established bakeries, he set up shop on Davie St in the heart of the West End.
Since then, the Tam family have been delighting customers with delicious, freshly baked goods using traditional recipes and gluten-free ingredients. That means using only high quality, artificial-free ingredients.
